1. 2024 Workplan is in progress, will continue discussion at next
meeting
Announcements/Open Forum: Tim has reviewed the commission bylaws and has a few suggestions
for updates. Changes must be approved through a vote and
notification must be sent out at least 5 days ahead of the vote.
➔ Article 7 (clarification of vice-chair duties)

➔ Article 15 (removal guidelines for excessive absences)
➔ Article 17 (Violations of MN Human Rights Act)
Motion: Tim will draft suggested updates and provide document to
HRC members at least 5 days prior to December meeting. New
business agenda item will be added to December meeting to discuss
and vote on proposed changes.
