A. Moved to March 7th by motion: T.B./T.G.-approved.
B. Will be addressed at City Council work session on
January 28, and will be presented at February HRC
meeting.
C. Chair: Nominations-Tyler Olson (sole, accepted)-
Passed unanimously.
Vice Chair: Nominations- Tiffany Bighley (sole,
accepted)-Passed unanimously.
Secretary: Nominations-Timothy Garvey (declined),
Valerie Baker-Hurst (accepted). Valerie Baker-Hurst
passed unanimously.
D. Planning still in progress.
E. The Commission discussed multiple ideas from the
subcommittee on housing issues, including ideas for
community involvement (including local school
involvement), city website changes, and how other
issues (such as raydon) may be appropriate to
explore. Individual subcommittee members will
continue to report on progress.

F. To be used for next proclamation, will be discussed at
next meeting.
G. Previous iteration was not successful in involving
participants. On Youth Commissioners’
recommendations next iteration either must offer a
substantially more interesting prize, or must be
mandatory, to gain participants. Commissioners to
send first amendment prompts to Dana.
H. TLG working on it, targeting July as month.
I. M.G. continuing to work on it, new website in
particular.
Announcements/Open Forum: TLG to look into Section 8 housing complaint. T.O to send
emails for 1 on 1s
