1. Call to Order & Attendance 6:35 p.m. by Burk
2. Approval of Agenda Motion: 1st /2nd K.K.-A./M.G.
3. Approval of Minutes Motion: 1st /2nd T.G/V.H.-B. (conditioned on minor changes)
4. Open Public Comment Anyone who is not on the agenda who would like to address the
Commission on items not on the agenda.

meeting.
A. A public complaint regarding section 8
administration was received by the Chair. The
commission will explore its jurisdiction and will invite
the complainant to present to the commission, the
matter is tabled until then by motion- K.K-A./T.G.
B. The housing subcommittee is continuing its work, and
is focused on putting up housing informational
statements on the cities webpage and on social
media.
C. The commission considered promulgating a
document that was created last month regarding
housing. A motion was made to promulgate the
document but was not seconded M.G./. A motion
was then made to table the motion to promulgate
until next month T.G./K.K-A.
D. Next proclamation will use the template to test
current format.
E. Will attempt essay project again in the spring.

F. Letter presented to commission for review and
comment prior to sending next session.
G. TLG to continue coordinating with City.
H. Continuing search for sponsors.
I. Presented by Chair to the city.
J. Nothing new to report.
K. Moved that the next meeting be held Thursday
January 4, 2024-T.G./M.G.
