4. Open Public Comment Anyone who is not on the agenda who would like to address the
Commission must inform the Chair at this time. Please provide full name and address. Each
speaker is to keep their comment period to three minutes to allow sufficient time for others and
so that we can complete our meeting agenda. Comments are an opportunity to address the
Commission on items not on the agenda.

a. Introductions of new commissioners Anne Flake, Tiffany Bighley, Tyler Olson
and Walter Burk and scheduling of orientation.
b. Introduction of the new Equity and Inclusion Administrator, William Green and what
that position entails.
c. Discuss the purpose and direction of the commission for the rest of 2021.
7. Unfinished Business
a. Review/modify the draft of the 2021 work plan.
