4. Open Public Comment Anyone who is not on the agenda who would like to address
the Commission must inform the Chair at this time.Please provide full name and
address. Each speaker is to keep their comment period to three minutes to allow
sufficient time for others and so that we can complete our meeting agenda. Comments
are an opportunity to address the Commission on items not on the agenda.

b. Update on requested city staff meeting for CT ban planning.
