The meeting was called to order by Commission President Stratton at 8:05 a.m.
II. APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF THE CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSION MEETING OF SEPTEMBER 21, 2021.
M/Stratton, S/ Bruzek to approve the minutes.
Motion carried 3-0.
III. CERTIFY FIREFIGHER ELIGIBILITY ROSTER
M/Stratton, S/ Frechette to certify the Firefighter Eligibility Roster. Motion carried 3-0. IV. OTHER BUSINESS Vice President Bruzek asked if there was more, less or the same interest in the number of firefighters who applied. Chief Dobesh stated the department actively marketed with videos and write ups which
resulted in about 100 applications. The department would like to create a list of around 23 eligible applicants.
President Stratton stated she would be attending the council meeting that evening to present the 2021 Civil Service report to the councilmembers. She then thanked all the firefighters for their dedication and service.
V. ADJOURNMENT
M/Stratton, S/Bruzek to adjourn the Civil Service Commission meeting at 8:11 a.m.
