II. APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF THE CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSION MEETING OF OCTOBER 22, 2019.
M/Stratton, S/ Bruzek to approve the minutes. Motion carried 2-0.
III. APPROVAL OF THE CERTIFICATION FOR FIRE LIEUTENANT PROMOTION ELIGIBILITY ROSTER
Fire Chief Kewitsch gave an overview of the promotion process and the testing that was required. President Stratton read the names from the promotion roster.
M/Stratton, S/Bruzek to approve the certification for Fire Lieutenant promotion eligibility roster. Motion carried 2-0. IV. OTHER BUSINESS Chief Kewitsch stated that the position for a Battalion Chief has been approved and will be
brought to the commission later in 2020. He also spoke of the process they are working through in hiring a new firefighter.
President Stratton congratulated all the firefighters and reminded everyone they will be hosting an event Wednesday December 18th at Woodlake Point at 2:30pm and would love to see anyone that can make it.
Secretary Bruzek confirmed the names read from the Lieutenant list were in rank order from 1 to 7.
