Special City Council Meeting
April 18, 1996
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Kirsch at a.m. at the Emerson Avenue
Congregational Church, 7701 Emerson Avenue.
Martin Kirsch, Mayor; Michael Sandahl; and Don Priebe.
Members Present:
Susan Rosenberg; and Russ Susag.
Members Not Present:
Thomas Ferber, City Clerk; Bruce Palmborg, Community Development
Director; Bruce Nordquist, Housing Supervisor; Jack Erskine, Public
Safety Director; Lourdes Sanchez, Community Development
Technician; Pam Bookhout, Rehabilitation Specialist; Steven Kenny,
Intern; Bob Community Development Technician.
A bus tour was conducted to provide realtors with information about City and Housing
Programs available to the public. Upon return to the Emerson Avenue Congregational Church,
City staff and resource people answered questions regarding Community Development and Public
Safety programs and issues.
The meeting was adjourned by unanimous consent at p.m.
