A new north/south runway would carry 36% of operations due to weather and
airport configuration.
An extended Runway 4-22 would only be used for flights needing a 10,000 foot
long runway.
Increased noise impacts to east Richfield would result from a new north/south
runway.

visits
to Denver International Airport, Atlanta-Ha&field International, and Phoenix
Sky Harbor
