12-28-95 Special CITY OF RICHFIELD, MINNESOTA SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING December Martin Kirsch, Mayor; Russ Susag; Susan Rosenberg; MEMBERS PRESENT: Mike Sandahl; and Don Priebe. James Prosser, City Manager. STAFF PRESENT: The meeting was called to order by Mayor Kirsch at p.m. at the Lafayette Country Club, Minnetonka Beach, Minnesota. The City Council conducted a workshop session led by consultant Jim Lynn regarding team, personality styles and traits, problem solving process, and situational analysis.
