SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING

STAFF PRESENT:
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Kirsch at p.m. at the Lafayette
Country Club, Minnetonka Beach, Minnesota.
The City Council conducted a workshop session led by consultant Jim Lynn
regarding team, personality styles and traits, problem solving process, and situational
analysis.
The City Council discussed the City Manager Report and the following 1996
