Presented city plans for street maintenance and
upgrades along with the possibility of art or sculptures
if roundabouts were selected at major intersections.
RAC could assist in

Presented an opportunity for the Arts Commission to be
involved in bringing poetry pavers along the sidewalks
of Portland Avenue. Poems needed by May/June.

Woodlake Nature
Center Board
Woodlake would like assistance from RAC for Woodlake’s
annual fundraiser in September.

Report from City
Liaison
MaryKaye Coral Reef crochet event was a success. RAC future
meetings will be held at City Hall’s Heredia Room
effective March 2015 – safety concerns cited as reason.
New Business -
Annual Elections
Kevin Kevin’s term has ended – election held and Alex is the
new chair/ Linda is new Secretary.
New Member Orientation is February 18th at Municipal
Center – Barthomew Room from 6:30-7:30 p.m.
Mobile Art Display Kevin RAC received the grant from the Richfield Foundation
for a portable display for future RAC events.
Upcoming events Cracked Walnut Literary Event to be held Tuesday May
5th at 7 p.m./Father’s Day – Shakespere group coming
back
Misc.
Discussions held : do we want to keep the Newsletter
with Jackie leaving the Commission, we still need to
keep an online media presence, stocking the Little
Library
Quoc volunteered to be
the liason for RAC
