Decision was made to have 7 members including youth members.
4 members must be present for a qurom
There was a question about whether members can call into
Meeting Staff will look into that.
Group decided to change by laws to allow for meeting schedule to
be set on a quarterly basis

MaryKaye Megan Meuli’s wil have book signing for her book at
Woodlake nature Center April 24th 1-4
VEAP asked the Arts Commission to help recruit an artist
for summer fund raising event. Alex said he would write up
a post with VEAP contact for our Facebook page but that
would be extent of our help.
Shaksphere group performing 7pm June 3rd Vets
park,June 19th 2pm Augsburg park and June 24th 7pm
Woodlake Nature Center.
Liitle library in need of repainting or repair
66 th Street project Alex Dahl No updates at this time
Health and
Wellness expo
Alex Dahl, Expo will be Saturday April 16th from 9-12 at Richfield
High School
Arts commission will attend and will be making wind socks
Alex and Sara will bring supplies for event
Larry and Heather will also be there.

Call for Artists went out, Nothing back yet
Deadline is May 13th
Hopefully have submissions for group to look over by June
meeting
Future events Group Discussion about participating in Richfield Foundations
Wine and Cheese Fundraiser. Sara will see if she can find
the date for event.
Three Summer Farmers Market events at the Art Center.
Richfield Arts Commission Meeting Minutes
Events are sponsored by the Arts commission and will be
the Second Saturday of the Months June, July August.
Commission members are encouraged to attend.
Discussion of Arts Commission doing events at the
Farmers Market in September and October.
