RAC/Staff Report Marykaye • Completed individual surveys for the Human Rights
Commission
• Community Center under construction and to be
complete by November meeting.
Penn Fest Wrap‐
Up
Alex Dahl Good attendance at PennFest and nice location along
with other commissions. Very busy. The tiles were a
big hit and the team ran out before the end of the
event (100 tiles in total).

Update
• RAC at the Market will take place Saturday, October
8 – Frankenstein cupcakes
• New artist, the author of the Wish Books will be
going in at the Municipal Center for Octo‐
ber/November/December and will be promoted after
Halloween.
• Still looking for someone to display at the Commu‐
nity Center f or 2017
• Looking forward to hear when the poems will be
stamped into Portland Avenue
