Minutes- no minutes from October meeting
City Council Presentation
Mia and Joyce have the year presentation/update of Arts Commission activities to the City Council on Tuesday November 24th. Possible highlights to the council include the Sidewalk poetry,
updating the Section 8 waiting room, virtual rec programs, updating public art brochure, utility box wrap, and new sculptures at the Chamberlin Apartments and Jaguar dealer.
Term Expirations
Art Commission terms expire for Larry, Joyce, and Karin. Emails should go out from the city sometime in November asking people if they want to apply for another term. There was some
talk about doing a recognition of some sort for those whose terms are expiring but nothing was finalized.
Ongoing Projects
Little Library
Marykaye is working on getting a plaque with the Arts Commission on it for the Little Library. The Library seems well stocked and is set for now.
Section 8 Waiting room Update
Everything is completed and updated. Let Marykaye know if you want a tour of the room.
