SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING

The meeting was called to order by Mayor Kirsch at p.m.
MEETING WITH RICHFIELD FRIENDSHIP COMMISSION.

Bill Bullock, chair of the Friendship City Commission, provided a status report on
the following Friendship City Commission issues:
Heredia Commission structure and leadership appears to be stabilizing.
Tour ‘96 project is being planned for a commission sponsored trip to Heredia.
Significant interest has been expressed by those who may take the tour.
The Heredia has been displayed at various locations in the City.
A video is being produced to exchange with Heredia to be available to potential
visitors.
Tony Anderson has initiated a project to establish a youth library in Heredia. The
Friendship City Commission has been asked to assist in obtaining books and
donations.
