1952-11.06[',' r, An Ordinance Defining Nuisances,....... 3 l 6. Obstructions and excavations affecting the ordinary use by the public of the streets, alleys, sidewalks or public grounds except under such conditions as are provided by ordinances; I\. 7; had.io aerials or television antennae strung or erected in any dangerous manner; $o Any use of property abutting on a public street or sidewalk or any use of a public street or sidewalk which causes large crowds of peoole to gather, obstructing traffic and the free use of the streets or sidiwa,lks; g, &ll hanging signs,.awnin s and other similar structures over the streets or sidewalks, or so situated as to endanger public safety, or not constructed and maintained as provided-by ordinance; 10. The allowing of rein water, ice or snow to fall from any building or structure upon any street or sidewalk or to flour across any sidewalk; 11. All barbed wire fences less than six feet off the ground and within three feet of s, public sidewalk or way; 12. All dangerous, unguarded machinery, in any public place, or so situated or ooerated on private property as to attract the oublic; 13. Waste water cast upon or oermitted to flow upon streets or other public property; 14. accumulations in the open of discarded or disused machinery, house- hold aooliances and furnishings, or other material, in a manner conducive to the harborage of rats, mice,_ snakes or vermiA, or to fire,-health or safety hazards from such accumulations, or from the rank growth of vegetation among the items so accumulated; 15. Any well, hole, or excavation of a similar nature which is left uncovered, or in such other condition as to constitute a hazard to any child or other person, being or coming uuon the premises where the same is located; 16. Obstructions to the free flog of water in a natural waterway or a public street drain, gutter or ditch with trash, lawn clippings, leaves, rocks, boards, or other materials; 17. All other conditions or things which are liable to cause in3ury to the oerson or property of anyone. SECTION 5._ Penalty. Any person, firm, or corporation who shall knowingly cause or create a nuisance, or permit any nuisance to be created or . placed upon, or to remain upon any premises owned or.occupied by him, or them, shall coon conviction thereof, be ounished'by a fine of not more than One Hundred Dollars ($100,00), or by imprisonment for not more than ninety days.
