The Village Council of the Qlllagc-~ of ~ichf3eld do ordain as followsa
SECTION 1® Secta.on 2 of Ordinance No. 3®271 en°~it~.®d "An Ord~naa~ce to I~eg+am
late the Design, Construction, Installation and 1°laanfiienance of Sa~cas and ~1].boards,
Providing for the Administrat3.on and Lhforcement Thereof, and Pr°ov3.ding Penalties
for the Violation Thereof" is hereby amended to add the followa.ng after Para~aph "E"o
"F, A wall sign advertising the business located in the building upon
which displayed, where such sign is erected by the o~mer or proprietor of the busi~
Hess located therein."
SECTION 2a Section 2, Paragraph "A" of the above mentioned ordinance is
hereby amended to read as fo1l.o~as a
"A®A sign displ.gying the name of the property or premises upon which dis~
playred, or of the owner or lessee thereof, or the proprietor thereof, and the nature
of his business,. which sign shall not exceed 34 square feet 3zi area nor be more
than 8 fee t from top to bo ttornm" -
SECTION- 3Q Section 7, Paragraph "B", of the shave mentioned ordinance is
hereby amended to read as fo1lo~~sa

now or hereafter erected or constructed without first obta.ning an annual renewal
perm3.t; provided that no renewal permit shall bs- rec~uia~d sor those signs excep°ted
