exceeding the sum of fifty dollars per day as the Village Council m~q,
in their discretion, designate.
SECTION 5. Whenever the Village Council shall determine that the
public interest requires it they may refuse to grant any license for
' the above activities. Whenever any of the aforeaentioned activities
shall be conducted by a benevolent, fraternal, educational, or char-
, stable organ3.zation, the Village Council may, in its discretion waive
the license fee, provided that •the terms of this ordinance are complied
with in all other respects.
This ordinance shall be in force from and after January 1, 1952.
