The Village Council of the Village of~Richfield does ordain as follows:
SECTION ~1. Ord~.nance No. 3.01 of this Village, entitled "An
Ordinance Regulating and Licensing Gasoline and or filling stations
and Wholesale oil and gasoline storage plants in the Vi1.lage of R3.ch-
field, Hennepin County:, Minnesota," passed by the Vi]1a~e Caunci~ c~t~.
Novembbr 7.5, 1926;. as subsequently amended, i~ hereby repealed..
