AMENDMENT TO ORDINANCE N0. 3.17, AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THAT CERTAIN
ORDINANCE N0. 3,17 OF T ti VILLAGE OF RICHFIELD ENTITLED: ~~ AN
ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE LICENSINU' AND REGULATING THE SALE OF
NON-INTOXICATING MELT LIQUOR TN THE VILLAGE OF RIEHFIETiD,'~ as
passed the 31st day of March, 1933, as subsequently amended.
The Village Council of the Village of Richfield do ordain as follows:
That Section 4 of the above entitled ordinance be amended to read
as follows:
SECTION 4. The annual license fee for an ~~On-Sale~~, license shall
be X100.00; and for an ~~Off-Sale" license sha11 be $p5.00.
That this ordinance shall be in force from and after the first day
of January, 1952.
As passed by the Village Council this ?.l~.th day of Septe ber, 1951.
