. The Village Council of the Vi1.]a ge of Richfield da ordain as follows:
That Section 3 of the above entitled Ordinance be amended to read as
foLl.ows:
SECTION 3. The fee for such license to carry on the business speo3.fied
in Section 1, hereof, shall be in the sum of X100.00. ~~ !/
