The 9illage Council of th® Village of Richfield do ordain as follows:
That Section 2 of the above entitled ordinance is amended to seed as
follows:
SECTION 2. IIpon the application of any person, firm, or oorporatioa
desiring to peddle milk or cream in the Village of xichfield, whether on
foot or from wagon, truck, automobile, or other vehicl® upon payment of the
sum of ten ($lO.OO} dollars per year for each peddler, or in cas® of the
use of a wagon, truck, automobile, ar other vehicle in connection with the
peddling of said milk or cream, upon the payment of $24.04 per y®ar sad for
the first such vehicle, and $lO.OO for each a~.ditional vehicle, the village
clerk shall issue a written license signed by the presid®nt and count®r-
signed by the village clerk authorizing such person, firm, or corporation
to peddle milk within the Village of Richfield for the peribd specified in
said license, said license fees shall be payable on or before the first day
of January of each year and shall in each case expire on the 31st day of
Pecember of the year for which issued. Each application for license shall
state whether the applicant intends to peddle on foot or with a vehicle, and
if with a vehicle, said application shall describe the wagon, truck, auto-
mobile, or.other vehicle to be used.
