MINNESOTA." fihe Village Council of the Village of Richfield do ordain as follows: That paragraph 8 of Section 3 of the above entitled ordinance be amend- ed to read as follows: 8. Sixth sixth street from the center line of Queen Avenue to the center line of Oliver Avenue; the North 25 feet of the South 167 feet of the West 124.37 fast of Lot 16, Richfield Gardens; and from a point 210 feat west of Cyndale Avenue to a point 160 feet west of the .center line of Grand Avenue and thence North on a line parallel with the center line of Grand Avenue to 65th Street; and from the center line of Nicollet Avenue to the center line of First Avenue including Cots ll and 12 Goodapeed~s First Plat; and from a point commencing at the southeast comer of the NE~ of Section 27, Township 28, Range 24, and running in a. northerly directicn a distance of 200 feet and commencing at the southeast corner of the NE4 of Section 27, Township 28, Range 24 and running in a general westerly direction a distance of 250 feet, said description being part of the Northwest corner of 66th Street and Portland Avenue; and from the center line of Portland Avenue to the center line of Oakland Avenue northerly from the center line of Sixty-sixth Street a distance of two hundred fifty (250) feet; and from the center line of Fifth Avenue to the center line of Portland Avenue southerly from the ceater line of Sixty- aixth Street a distance of two hundred seventy-nine and 98/100ths (279.38} feet, and from the center line of Portland Avenue to the center line of Oakland Avenue southerly from the center line of Sixty-sixth Street a distance of two hundredfifty five and 22/lOOths (25$.22) feet and from the canter line of the Minneapolis, Northfield and Southern Railroad Right W~~-o- the- center line of Niccllet Avenue northerly from the center 11ne - Sixty-sixth Street to the ceater line of Sixty-fif th Street; and from a point 1,155 (eleven hundred fifty-five) feet East of the center line of Portland Avenue to the center lice of Columbus Avent~.e and from Columbus Avenue 250 (bwohundred fifty) feet north and south of the center line thereof, to 34t venue. xa pa by the Village Council of the Village of Richfield on the 18 y of December 1950.
