OF SAID VILLAGE," passed March 11, 1940, and subse-
quently amended.
The Village Ca~zncil of the Village .of Richfield. do ordain as followa~
Sectioa 1. That the above entitled ordinance is hereby amended by
adding immediately thereafter the following:
"`That prior to the approval of any plat a certificate from an engineer
designated by the village council certifying that all streets within the
proposed plat have been graded to the established grade shall be filed with
the Village Clerk at the expense of the person, firm or corporation pro-
posing said plat."`
