AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 2,04 ENTITLED
"AN ORDINANCE REGULhTING AND GOVr~tNING THE PLATTING
OF LAND TN THE VILLAGE OF RICHFIELD, HENNEPIN
COUNTY, MINNESOTA, AND THE APPROVAL OF PLATS BY
THE COUNCIL OF SAID VILLAGE PASSED MARCH 11,194A,
AND SUBSEQUENTLY AMII3T~FD."
The Village Council of Richfield do ordain as follows
That Ordinance No. 2.04 be and the same here is amended by adding
immediately thereafter the followings
"That in addition to the foregoing requirements, any parson
hereafter platting any land in the Village of Richfield shall furnish
five copies of said plat drawn to a scale of one to two hundred as a
prerequisite to the approval of said plat by th+~ Village Council."'
