STRUCTURES INTO THE VILLAGE OF RICH&'IEI,D AND PRONTO.

ING THE PUIBLIC HEALTH, SAFETY, ORDER, CONVENIENCE,
PROSPERITY AND GENER[~L WELFARE IN SAID VILLAGE.°

The Village Council of the Village of Richfield do ordain as fol.l~st
Section 1. That section 1 of the above entitled ordinance be sad the
same is hereby emended by substituting a semicolon for the period at the
ead of said section and adding immediately thereafter the followings
'EProvided, howeverf that the fee for moviag newly aonst~icted buildings
or atruatures into the Village of Richfield shall be seven dollars ($7.00)
for each building or structure. The fee for permits for moving such buildr
ings shall sot vary with the estimated valuation of acid atru.cture or build-
ing."
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
