The Vi1l.age Council of the Village of Richfield do ordain as follows s
That Section 1 of the above entitled ordinance be am®nded to r®ad as
follows:
Section 1. This ordinance shall apply to all buildings and structures
hereafter constructed or altered in the Village of Richfield.
Any conversion, enlargement, partial demolition, or repair of any
building or structure shall be deemed to be an alteration if the estimate
cost of same exceeds fifty dollars (50.00) provided that any repair or
installation of plumbing shall be deemed to b® an alteration if the
estimate cost of same exceeds ten dollars 010.00).
As passed by the Village Council of the Village of Richfield this
