'± AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THAT CERTAIN ORDINANCE N0. 2.01 OF THE VILLAGE OF RICHFIELD, HENNEPIN COUNTY, MINNESOTA ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCE TO REGULATE THE CONSTRUCTION AND ALTERATION OF BUILDINGS AND STRUCTURES WITHIN THE VILLAGE OF RICHFIELD FOR Tr.E PURPOSE OF PROMOTING THE PUBLIC SAFETY, ORDER, CONPENIENCE, PROSPERITY, AND GEN3~RAL WEL.• FARE IN SAID VILLAGE,° passed the 13th day of September 1947 as subsequently amended. The Village Council of the Village of Richfield do ordain as follows: That paragraph 5 of subdivision L of Section 9 of the above entitled ordinance be and it ie, hereby amended by adding to said paragraph 5 the following? C. All domestic and commercial walls upon the completion shall be ins. spatted by the plumbing inspector as to depth of we11 and distance from surface of well pit to water. Before final approval a,ll we11s shall be disinfected with at least four (4) ounces chlorate of 13;me pumped •Chrcugh the ~ sill tack for a period of not less than two hours, du~i~ng said pumping all openings are to be flushed with the disint'setant effluent. In ••order to pass final inspec~- tioa, all wells mast bear a disinfectant certification tag signed by the authorized plumbing inspector.
