The Yi llage Counci 1 of the 43.11 age of Richfield do ordain as follows:
That paragraph 8 of Section 3 of the above entitled ordinance be
amended by deletix-g the last sentence thereof to-.wit9
"•and from a po3,nt 1,155 (eleven hundred fifty-.five) feet east of the
oenter line of Portland Avenue to the center line of 34th Avenue", and
substitute therefore the following:
"'and from a point 7.,155 (eleven hundred fifty-five) feet east of
the center 11ne of Portland Avenue to the center line of Columbus Avenue
and fxom Cclumbus Avenue 250 (two hundred fifty) feet north end eauth
of the center line thereof, to 34th Avenue."'

OF THE VILLAGE ~ RICHFIELD, PASSED THE 15TH DAY .OF
JULY, 1941,AS SUBSEQUENTLY AMENDED, ENTITLED
"AN ORDINANCE FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROMOTING HEALTH,
SAFETY, ORDER CONVENIENCE, PROSPERITY, AND GENERAL
1~ELFARE BY REGULL~TING THE LOCxTION, SIZE, USE, AND
HEIGHTS OP ~LTILDINGS, THE ARRANGEMENT OF B[TILDINGS
AND IID TS AND THE DENSITY OF POPULATION WITHIN THE
VILLAGE OF RICHFIELD, IIENNEPIN COUNTY, MINNESOTA.
The Village Council of the Village of Richfield do ordain as follawss
That paragraph 3 of Section 2 of the above entitled ordinance be
amended to read as follows:
Nicollet Avenue from the center line of 65th Street to the center
line of 66th Street, and lots l0,ll,12,13,1w and l5, of Block g, Towns
Edge.
That paragraph g of Section 3 be amended to read as follows said
paragraph which refers to 70th Street and Chicago Avenue.
Chicago Avenue from 62nd Street to 78th Street and from Chicago
Avenue west one block and from Chicago Avenue east one block,
That paragraph 1 of Section 3 be amended to read as follows:
Pena Avenue from &2nd Street to a point 130 feet south of the center
line of b8th Street except that area East of the center line of Penn
Avenue between 66th Street and a point l30 feet south of the center line
of said 68th Street; that area from 62nd Street to 66th Street extend..
ing to the center line of C~hxeen Avenue; rom t e center line of 73rd
Street and Penn Avenue south to 78th Street.~d one full block East and
