The Village Council of the Village of Richfield do ordain as followss
That Section 3 of the above entitled Ordinance be amended to read as fol-
lows:
"The foe for such license to operate such business shall be as fol7.ows3
$25 on the first car proposed to be operated, and $5 for each car after the
first car."
