OF THE PILLAGE OF RICHTIELD PASSED THE 30TH DAY OF
DECENTBER, 1935 ENTITLED, "AN ORDIidB~TCF TO LICENSE AND
REGULATE MECHANICAL A~iUSEfiIF~i' OFFICES IN THE PILLAGE
OF RTCHP'IELU."

That Section 3, paragraph A of the above entitled erdinance~be amended
tr read as fellows:
~1~fter apprsval by the Pillage C~tur~,cil, the Pillage Clark is hereby
authrised to issue a license for the operation of such mechanical amusement
devices to any person of good moral character upon the paym®nt of a license
fee if $50; that the license period shall commence on January 1 of each and
every year and terminate on December 31 of each and every year. That in the
event a lioense be granted after Ju1.y 1st of ax~y year, the license fee for
the balance of tho year shall be $25.00.
As passed by the Pillage Council of the Pillage of Richfield this 12th
day of April, 1948.
