ORDINANCE N0. 3.05
AN ORDINANCE AMENDI~ THAT CERTAIN ORDINANCE NO. 3.05 OF
THE VILLAGE OF RICHE'IELD, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE TO
PREPII`TT, LICENSE, AND REGULATE AMUSI~+lENTS, ENTERTATN-
MENTS, POOL BALLS, BOWLING ALLEYS, GAMES AND DEsTICES,
DANCE HALLS, AND OTHER AMUS~]'TS," PASSID THE NINTH
DAY OF MAY, 1925, AS SUBSF~QUENTLY AMENDED.
The Village Council of the Village of Richfield do ordain as follows:
That Section ~ of the above entitled Ordinance be amended by adding to
the designated amusement devices therein, Merry-go-rounds; the license fee
far said Merry-ga-round being $10 per year. Section 4~ ie further amended by
inserting in said section, Miniature Golf; the license therefore being in the
sum of $10 per year. Said Section ~Y is further amended by adding there~o,
Trriving.Tees, with a license therefore, of $10 per yeax,
