The Village Council o~ ~ th® ~'i~.iage of Richfield do ordain as follows.

SUTTON 2 ~-~ $bery epplicnnt for such license shall file with the Village
Clerk ~ w~.tte~i application therefore, stating his correct name, address, and
place of intended sale of such Christmas tree= together with the name of the
person, firm, or corporation from whom, and the place from which he intends to
cut or ascots the Christmas trees intended to be disposed of by him.
SErTTON 3 --- Tha Annual fee for the licensing herein required is hereby
fixed at the sum of $2~ per year, which sum shall be paid into the Village
Treasury at the time of filing of the application of such license. No li-
cense under this Ordinance shall bs issued except to the 'residents of the
Village of Richfield.
SEvTTON ~ -- Any persoa, firm, or aorporation who shall violate any of
the provisions of this Ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor:
SE/TION 5 -- This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and
after its publication, /
