The Village Council of the Village of Richfield do ordain as follows;
That Section 4 of the above eatitled Ordinance be amended to read as fol-
lows:
Section ~ .-- "The annual license fee for an "On.-Sale" license aha11 be $75:
and for an "Off-Sale" license shall be $5.00."
