AMENDMENT TO
ORDINANCE N0. 3.01
AN-ORDINANCE REGULATING AND LICENSING GASOLINE AND~OR
OIL FILLING STATIONS, AND WHOLESALE OIL AND G~,SOLINE
STORAGE PLANTS IN THE VILLAGE OF RICHE'IELD, HENNEPIN
COUNTY, MINNESOTA
The Village Council of the Village of Richfield do ordain as followss
That that portion of Section 2 of the above ordinance fixing and establish-
ing the annual license fees thereunder shall be and hereby is amended as followsa
That the words, °For each such license for a gasoline andlo~r oil station,
$25.00 and $5.00 additicnal for each gasoline pump more than one at such ata»
tion shall be stricken therefrom and in its place thereof shall be inserted,
"For each such license for gasoline and~ar oil station, $35.00 and $10.00 ad~
diticnal for each gasoline pump more than one at such station."~ And the words.
't$50.00 per annum for each such license for a wholesale cif or gasoline storage
plant." shall be stricken therefrom, and in its place thereof, shall be in-
serted "$75.00 per annum for each such license for a wholesale oil or gaso-
line storage plant."

Minnesota, this 23rd day of February, 1948.
