THE VILLAGE Or RiCH~`IELD, HENNEPIN COUNTY, MINNESOTA, EN-
TITLED "AN ORDINANCE R:~ULATING THE MOPI11~ OF BUILDINGS
AND STRtTCTURE5 INTO THE VILLAGE OF RICHFIELD AND PROVID-
ING FOR PERMITS TIiEREH'OR, FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROMOTING
THE PUBLIC HEALTH, SAFETY, ORDER, CONPEN"iENCE, PROSPERITY
AND GAtTERAL WELFARE IN SAID PILLAGE," PASSED THE 14th DAY
OF MARCH, 1938 AS SUBSEQUENTLY AMENDED.
The Village Council of the Village of Richfield do ordain as follcwa:
That Section 2 of the above entitled ordinance be amended to read as fol.-
lows:
2. No such permit s~1a11 be issued unless in the opinion of the building in..
Spector such building or structure conforms to the qualifications set forth in
the building ordinances of the Village of Richfield. That in the event such perms
mit be issued, far the purpose of altering or improving such building a period of
ninety days shall be allowed; that in the event such building or structure be not
altered or improved to meet the approQal of the building inspector within said
ninety days, said person, firm or cc~--~oration shall be guilty of a misd/ or.

March, 196. .
