AN ORDINANCE AMENDINQ THAT CERTAIN ORUINAd~E ND. 2.01
OF THE VILLA~#E DF RICHFIELD, SIN COUNTY, MINNES{?TA,
RNTITLED a AN ORDINANCE TO REt~UULATE THE COPISTRUCTION AND
ALTER&TION OF BUILDINGS AND STRUCTURES WITHIN THE VILLAGE
OF RICHFIELD, FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROMOTI~ THE PUBLIC
HEALTH, SAFETY, ORDER, CONVELJIENCE, PROSPERITY AND GEN`.
EBAL WELFARE IN SAID VILLAGE," PASSED THE 13TH DAY OF
SEPTEMBER, 1937 AS SUBSEQUENTLY AM~IDED.
That Section 4 of the above entitled ordin~nae be atneaded to read as fol-
lows.
4. It sha11 be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation tg construct
or alter any building or structure or to excavate .or dig any be.semeat without
first abta3.ning and hav3.ng a permit therefor .f. rom the building iaspeator,
person,. firm or corporation violating this section of this ordinand® shall be
guilty of a misdemeanor. ~ ..
That section 5 of th® above entitled ordinance Ue amended by adding to and
and making a part of the last sentence of the first .paragraph t$erenf .the follow-
ing: "end shall be accompanied by a aertifiaa.te cf survey prepared ,by a .1laenaed
surveyor far each individual lot." ~ ~ .
That Section g, paragraph L, Subdivision ~ of the above.®atitled erdiaanae
be amended by adding to the last paragraph thereof the f@llow3ng: '~Thai~.in
