The Village Council of the Village of Richfield do srdain as follows:
That paragraphs 2, 9, and 10 of Section 3 of the above entitled ordi~
Hance be amended to read as follows:
2. Lyndale Avenue from 62nd Street to the center line of 67th Street
and Lots 1 and 23 in Block 3 of Fairwa~d Shores and Pram the center line of
74th Street to 78th Street, excluding therefrom Lots 6, 7, 8, and 9 in Block
3 in Lyndal~ Shores Addition to Woad Lake.
9. From a point 17S feet west of the center line of 70th Street and
Penn Avenuo south to a point 175 feet east of the canter line of 70th Street
and Penn Av®nue south and from a point 175 feet north of the center line of
70th Street and Penn Avenue. south to a point 175 feet south of the center
line of said intersection,

For the purpose of this section, the position of the center lines of streets
and avenues not in existence shall be determined by applying the method usually
employed by the Village of Richf ield in laying out streets and avenues.
