VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPARTMENT FOR THE VILLAGE OF RICHFir. D."

The Village Council of the Village of Richfield do ordain as follows:
That Section 20 of the above entitled ordinance be amended to read as fol-
2. No person or persons shall use any fire apparatus or equipment for any
purpose except such as may be prescribed by the Chief of the department nor sha11
any person wilfully and without proper authority remove, take away, keep or con-
ceal any tool, appliance or other article used in any way by the fire department.
