The Village Council of the Pillage of Richfield do ordain as follows:
That ~'ection lb of the above entitled ordinanoe be and it is hereby renumbered
as Section_18.
That Section lb of sa9,d ordinance shall read as follows:
16. No person shall keep more than two dogs over three months of age in auy
residential district in the Village of Richfield and the kesp~.ng of mare than two
dogs over three months of age in any such residential district is hereby declared
to be a nuisanas.
1'j. (a) No person, firm or corporation shall maintain in the Village of
Richfield a kennel where doge are kept for sale, boarding, breeding, showing or
fox treatment without first securing a license therefor from the Village Glerk;
The license fee shall be One Hundred ($100.00) Dollars per year.
(b) No such kennel shall aontaia mare than thirty-five (35) dogs aver three
months of age at any one time.
(c} All such kennels shall be subject to inspection by the Village health
officer or other designated officer at least once each month to insure their be--
ing maintained in a sanitary and healthful condition.
Passed by the Village Councril of the Village of Richfield the 2bth day of
