The Village Council of the Village of Richfield, Hennepin County,. Minnesota
do ordain as follows
That paragraph A of Section ~ of the above entitled ordinance be amended tq
read as follows:
A. Ia the ease of private dwelling houses not exceeding two stories in
height, exclusive of attics, the building inspector shall determine from such
plans and specifications whether or not the provisions of this ordinance and of
the Zoning ordinaac® of the Pillage of Richfield will be complied with and if
satisfied of such compliance ha shall thereupon issue such permit upon the pay-
ment to the Village Treasurer of the proper fee.
fihat paragraph H of Section 5 of the above entitled ordinance be amended
to read as follows:
B. In the Hasa trP buildings and structures other than set forth in para-
graph A, hereof, the building inspector shall submit such plans and specifica,-
tions to the Village Council together with his recommendations; the Village
Council sha11 then determine whether this ordinance and all other ordinances
of the Village wi11 be complied with and if satisfied of such compliance shall
thereupon direct the building inspector to issue such permit upon the payment
to the 'Pillage Treasurer of the proper fee. '
That paragraph 2 of Section 9, subdivision L of the above ordinance be
emended by inserting therein the following: uFor each additional fixture or
fisxture opening -~ .~0; that the fee provided for in the paragraph "F'or the
first fixture or fixture openingp be amended to read $1.00.
Passed the 28 ht day of May, 1g~5 by the Village Council of the Village
of Richfield.
