Call meeting to Order Chair Weidenbach called the meeting to order at 7:01 pm II. Approval of Agenda Motion made by Charnitz to approve the agenda, s/Carter. Motion carried. III. Approval of May 4, 2016 Meeting Minutes Motion made by Walz to approve the minutes, s/Charnitz. Motion carried. IV. 66th Street Bus Alternate Routes  Broz discussed proposed alternate routes for 66th Street Reconstruction.  Brad Smith with Metro Transit assisted with the presentation and answered questions about the proposed detours. V. 70th Street Bikeway  Broz discussed the 70th Street Bikeway project and the potential parking changes. The plan will go to the Council Worksession on June 14 and then an open house will be scheduled. VI. Northwest Richfield Bicycle Routes  Broz discussed the proposed routes and walked through the meeting summary from the May 24 Open House.  Hayford Oleary requested the Girard Ave crossing be addressed with the 66th Street Reconstruction project; Charnitz agreed. Motion made by Ness to recommend proposed routes, sign, street markings as presented, s/Chillman. Motion carried. VII. Work Plan Review/Next Steps  Scheduled Felgate for Smart City presentation in August. Motion made by Charnitz to cancel July meeting, s/Walz. Motion carried. VIII. Updates  Broz gave update on 77th Street Underpass project. Previous Transportation Commission recommendation was to have north tee intersection connection went to Council Worksession. Future Richfield Parkway will use 18th Ave. The tee intersection has moved to match this and run through east side of Washington Park. Federal funding application is due July 15 and in the works.  Petersen gave an update on West Richfield Stormwater Improvement Project through Monroe Park and MCES project.  Felgate gave update on Community Services Commission.  Hayford Oleary gave updates on Bike Advocates and Planning Commission.  Howard gave update on Council items.
