Call meeting to Order Temporary Chair Ness called the meeting to order at 7:06 pm II. Approval of Agenda  Commissioners requested to move swap the order of Item 4, 6 Month Work Plan, and Item 5, Richfield Parkway- 66th St to Diagonal Blvd. Motion made by Severson to approve the revised agenda, s/Sandahl. Motion carried. III. Approval of March 2, 2016 Meeting Minutes Motion made by Chillman to approve the minutes, s/Severson. Motion carried. IV. Richfield Parkway- 66th St to Diagonal Blvd  Barton presented comments from the Richfield Parkway Open House and discussed northern routing from 66th St to Diagonal Blvd and reviewed two options: Cedar Ave or 18th Ave. Motion made by Severson to recommend 18th Ave alignment, s/Chillman. Motion carried. V. 6 Month Work Plan  Broz discussed the 6 month work plan for commissioners to review. Motion made by Chillman to adopt 6 month draft work plan, s/Sandahl. Motion carried. VI. 77th Street Underpass  Broz presented the 77th Street Underpass options: north connection vs. south connection. Broz explained how this project ties into Richfield Parkway (Item 4). Motion made by Severson to recommend north alignment, s/Chillman. Motion carried. VII. Pedestrian Planning  Broz discussed the current sidewalk policy, the West Richfield Stormwater Improvement Project through Monroe Park and potential sidewalk on James Ave, and 69th St from Xerxes to Penn. VIII. Updates  Petersen gave an update on the MCES project. IX. Upcoming Events/Meeting(s)  Next scheduled Commission Meeting: May 4, 2016 X.
