Call meeting to Order Chair Weidenbach called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm II. Approval of Agenda Motion made by Charnitz to approve the agenda, s/Carter. Motion carried. III. Approval of December 2, 2015 Meeting Minutes Motion made by Severson to approve the minutes, s/Ness. Motion carried. IV. 66th Street Reconstruction  Pearson and Hooper presented information on staging, business access plan, and mid-block medians.  Carter asked about homes moved and demolition.  Charnitz asked about construction season length.  Carter asked about claims by drivers with damage.  Weidenbach and Severson asked about plowing without final lift.  Sandahl asked about business coordination.  Cox talked about the County’s communication plan.  Weidenbach asked about integrating communications into public events.  Severson asked about mitigating impacts.  Commissioners asked about temporary business signage and temporarily lifting or relaxing City codes for signage.  Charnitz asked about work hours. V. Sidewalk Planning  Broz reviewed sidewalk presentation and discussion of comprehensive plan. VI. Updates  Pearson reviewed the 2016 Concrete and Mill & Overlay areas  Updates were given on the other commissions and bike advocates. VII. Upcoming Events/Meeting(s)  Next scheduled Commission Meeting: February 3, 2016 VIII. Adjournment Motion made by Severson to adjourn meeting, s/Sandahl. Adjourned at 9:05 pm.
