Meeting Minutes
October 2, 2013

I. Call meeting to Order
M.Kirsch called the meeting to order at 7:02 p.m.
II. Approval of Agenda
Motion made by Ness to approve the agenda, s/Ahlstrom. Motion carried.
III. Approval of Meeting Minutes
Motion made by Sorensen to approve September 4, 2013 meeting minutes, s/Nutter.
Motion carried.
I. County Road Reconstruction Projects
Continue Planning Exercises
Jack Broz, Avenue Design Partners reviewed the results of the exercise from
last month with the commission and explored the next steps of incorporating
the existing conditions on the slider diagrams.
II. Nine Mile Creek Regional Trail Master Plan
Kelly Grissman from Three Rivers Park District discussed the Nine Mile Creek Regional
Trail Master Plan. She explained that funding for wayfinding kiosks has been requested
and are hoped to be constructed in 2014.
III. Updates
Pearson provided updates on the following:
Richfield Bike Advocates
I-494 Projects
Richfield Parkway
East Bike Routes
