Commission members in attendance: Martin Kirsch (Chair), Terry Ahlstrom, Gary Ness,
David Taylor, Pat Sorenson, Tim Carter, Sara Nutter, Ghislaine, Ball, Ken Severson.
Liaisons: Council Member Tom Fitzhenry, Bob Shotwell.
City Staff: Jeff Pearson, Kristin Asher, Mike Eastling.

I. Call meeting to Order
M.Kirsch called the meeting to order at 7:01 p.m.
II. Approval of Agenda
Motion made by Carter to approve the agenda, s/Ball. Motion carried.
III. Approval of Meeting Minutes
Motion made by Ness to approve January 16, 2013 meeting minutes w/ corrections,
s/Carter. Motion carried.

Motion made by Carter to adjourn meeting, s/Ness. Motion carried. Adjourned at 9:07
pm.
The next Transportation Commission meeting will be held on March 6, 2013 at 7:00
p.m. at the Richfield Municipal Center, Bartholomew Room.
