I. Call meeting to Order
M.Kirsch called the meeting to order at 6:03 p.m.

Motion made and seconded to approve the agenda. Motion carried.
III. Approval of Meeting Minutes
Motion made and seconded to approve December 5, 2012 meeting minutes. Motion
carried.

Motion made and seconded to adjourn meeting. Motion carried. Adjourned at 8:40 pm.
