Honoring All Veterans dedication on Memorial Day.
Playground equipment at Veterans Park may be
redone this summer – could help our attendance at
open houses.
Band shell committee has submitted a grant proposal
to Best Buy. No location was specified.
Let MK know if
you plan to
attend the
dedication.
RAC at the market Kevin,

Thank you to Gepp Gardens who will supply 50 plants
for our May 11th open house project. We will be
decorating pots for Mother’s Day.
RAC will be at the Arts Center at 9:00 a.m. on May 4th
to clean and organize.
Bring clean pots if
you have some.

RAC will be in the Arts Center – projects to be
determined.
Willie will bring a
potter’s wheel for
spin art.

Ideas using bicycles and other materials were
discussed. Also discussed was using prefabricated
fencing with additional artistic enhancements.
Jim T will provide
a welder. City
staff would install
it. MK will bring
an example of the
prefabricated
fencing on May
11th.
RAC T-shirt/logo

Jackie showed a design. So did Kevin. Suggestions
were made. Kevin’s was selected.
MK will try to get
new shirts for the
May 11th event.
City Council
presentation
Kevin October 8th at 7:00 p.m.
RAC art circuit
update
We discussed the organization and labeling of exhibits.
Mary Van Slooten has installed at the community
center.
Julie Schuller will be in the community center in July
and August. Dan Mlynarek will be September and
October. Eleanor McIntosh will be in November and
December.
Willie Falwell will be at City Hall in June, July, &
August. Deb Warrick will be in September, October, &
November. Lisa Rudolph will be in December,
January & February.
Continue to
recruit future
showings.
Crosstown
Creativity
Open studio will happen during the Lyndale Farmers
Markets. Many other events are planned.
