SUBJECT:June Meeting: 35W/Crosstown Commons Project Public Hearing
On June 15, the City Council will hold a public hearing on the proposed design of the
35W/Crosstown Commons Project. The hearing will be held at 7:00 pm. Letters were
sent inviting people who live along 35W and Crosstown to attend both meetings.
The Community Services Commission will hold an official assembly at this
meeting, which is in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 6700 Portland Ave. The
CSC may convene after the hearing in the Executive Conference Room at City
Hall (Jim Topitzhofer will lead the group to that room).
Prior to the hearing, an open house will be held from 5:00 to 7:00 pm for discussion
about the hearing. The CSC will not officially convene for this open house, but
members are invited to attend.
