CALL TO ORDER/APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Chair Johanson called the regular CSC meeting to order at 7:00.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Motion was made and seconded to approve the minutes of the regular May meeting. Approved by consensus.
STAFF REPORTS
Richfield Pool Tour
Weiby gave the group a tour of the Richfield Pool and the new splash pad.
Recreation Services
RS Director Huemiller reported on the following: -Wood Lake groundbreaking held on May 28. Electricity will be turned off to the old building this week.
-Wood Lake staff is working out of the Community Center during the project.
-Splash pad opens July 1. Contractor chosen for pool renovation work.
-Arena improvements (flooring, fascia, soffit) are planned to begin by fall.
-Grants were received to install solar arrays on the Ice Arena and the Public Works building.
